ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Coming off back-to-back victories for the first time all season, the UCF men's tennis team will look to stay undefeated at home when it faces No. 75 Louisiana-Lafayette Tuesday at 2 p.m. Admission is always free at the UCF Tennis Complex.
The Knights will aim to surpass the .500 mark for the first time this season, after improving to 3-3 following Matthew Gladstone's clinching victory over FAU Friday.
"We were lucky to walk away with the win against FAU," UCF head coach Bobby Cashman said. "We need to improve in some areas that we struggled with in order to compete against the better teams."
UCF will be looking to avenge a 5-2 defeat against the Ragin Cajun's last season.
Louisiana-Lafayette dropped its last match to No. 54 Miami, losing 4-3 on the road last Friday.
This marks the third of five straight-home contests the Knights will be playing during this span.
