ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Following a 6-1 triumph in its home debut versus Rollins College, the UCF men's tennis team will host FAU Friday at 2 p.m. at the UCF Tennis Complex. Admission is free to the public.
This marks the sixth-straight Florida school UCF (2-3) will compete against, which included three of the top-60 teams in the nation.
A familiar opponent for the Black and Gold, the Knights are 13-3 versus FAU during head coach Bobby Cashman's tenure.
"Coming off a victory on our home court is a confidence booster for our team going forward," Cashman said. "The team continues to improve as we get more matches under our belt."
The Owls (1-3) captured their first victory of the season last Sunday, after defeating Troy 4-3.
UCF will be competing in its second of five-straight home matches.
