ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - With its conference schedule set to start next week, the UCF men's basketball team will host Florida A&M for a non-league game Saturday. The contest at the UCF Arena will start at 4 p.m.

UCF (9-4) is seeking momentum entering Conference USA play when it hosts the Rattlers. The Knights were unable to complete the season sweep of USF Wednesday as a late rally allowed the visiting Bulls to take a 65-56 victory. Despite the result, there were positives for the Knights, who were led by Keith Clanton (18 points, 14 rebounds) and Isaiah Sykes (17 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists).

Both Clanton and Sykes are filling up the stat sheet this season. Clanton, the Preseason C-USA Player of the Year, is averaging 17.1 points, 9.9 boards, 2.7 assists and 1.7 blocks. Sykes is averaging 14.9 points, 6.2 rebounds and 5.0 assists.

Florida A&M is 4-10, but the Rattlers have faced a challenging non-league schedule. The team has played nine road games, with contests at Arizona State, Arkansas, Clemson, Georgia and Texas Tech.

Prior to the game on Saturday, the UCF Arena box office will be open for ticket sales. UCF students are admitted free with a valid school ID.

C-USA play is right around the corner and the C-USA Ticket Package offers tickets to all eight home league games starting at the discounted price of just $64. To order, call (407) UCF-1000 or click here. The Knights will open their final C-USA campaign Wednesday, hosting UAB.

UCF-Florida A&M will air on the UCF IMG Sports Network and its flagship station, 740 The Game in Orlando. Marc Daniels and Taylor Young will have the call and pregame coverage will begin at 3:30 p.m. Live video and statistics will be available at UCFAthletics.com.
