ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Updating the Knights as they continue preparations for the Beef `O' Brady's Bowl Friday in St. Petersburg. There is just one more full day on campus for UCF before it makes the short drive over to the Gulf Coast Tuesday.

News
-Entering Sunday, UCF had donned full pads for three-straight days. But Sunday's practice session featured just the shoulder pads.
-Ball State arrived in St. Petersburg on Sunday.
-The ESPN broadcast crew is scheduled to talk to head coach George O'Leary, offensive coordinator Charlie Taaffe and defensive coordinator Jim Fleming via a teleconference Monday afternoon. In the booth Friday will be Dave Neal, Desmond Howard, Andre Ware and Cara Capuano.

Stat of the Day
-Quincy McDuffie and Rannell Hall both have 17 plays this year which went for 20 yards or more. McDuffie had nine kick returns, six receptions and two rushes in that category, while Hall had eight kick returns and nine catches for 20 yards more.

What to Look For
-UCF travels to St. Petersburg Tuesday afternoon and after arriving, players from both teams will embark on a VIP cruise Tuesday evening.
-There also will be a Chairman's Cruise at 8 p.m. for invites only.
