ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Former UCF standout Connor Arendell has advanced to the final stage of PGA TOUR Qualifying School. Arendell tied for seventh during second stage play that concluded Friday at the Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club in Plantation, Fla.
The finals will be held at PGA WEST in La Quinta, Calif., starting Nov. 28.
In Plantation, Arendell carded a four-round total of 13-under 271.
Arendell competed for the Knights from 2009-11. Playing for head coach Bryce Wallor, he earned All-Conference USA First Team honors in 2010-11 when he helped UCF claim the C-USA Championship title and earn a spot in the NCAA Regionals.
