UCF's Greg Eason is in the lead at the Jack Nickaus Invitational in Dublin, Ohio. The junior from Leicester City, England fired a first-round score of 70 (-2) at the Muirfield Village Golf Club.

Eason was one of just two golfers to tally a score below par in Monday's first round. The tournament, originally scheduled for three rounds, has been trimmed to two rounds after frost on the course forced a delay before Monday's play could get under way.

Kyle Wilshire carded the next-best score for the Knights. He shot a 79 (+7). Jose Joia scored an 83 (+11), while Michael Visacki turned in a score of 85 (+13) to round out the Knights' scoring. Reid Martin also competed in the first round for UCF, scoring an 86 (+14).

The Knights are in 11th place at the event, after turning in a first-round, 29-over score of 317. Oklahoma State leads the tournament with a score of 295 (+7), while Kentucky and BYU are tied for second at 302 (+14).
