ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - From carving pumpkins to gobbling up candy, the UCF football team has several memories from their days running around as kids on Halloween. So UCFAthletics.com posed this question to a few Knights: What was your favorite Halloween costume?

Sr. C Jordan Rae
"Red Power Ranger. I was like six or seven and went around getting candy. I also made a homemade sting ray, and I had a hat with a tail on it. That's my nickname, Jordan the Sting Ray."

Jr. DL Victor Gray
"Superman. I wore it in 12th grade around Jan. 2 and I wore a Superman costume. I know it wasn't Halloween, but that was my favorite costume. But I just enjoyed being out with friends, and being out until the middle of the night eating all of the candy. When I was four I think, I have a picture when I was dressed up as a cute little bear. My mom showed me that, and I was always cute."

Sr. DB Lyle Dankenbring
"I wore the red Power Ranger just like Jordan did, but my favorite was a homemade Batman costume. It was 85 degrees outside and I'm walking around in sweatpants and a sweatshirt. I barely made it down the street."

Jr. OL Jordan McCray
"I bought an 8-XL t-shirt from a corner store, stretched the neck out and Justin and I were Siamese twins. My favorite candy are Butterfingers, and they always have been."

Jr. OL Justin McCray
"When I was little I was Fred Flintstone and (Jordan) was Barney Rubble. That was pretty cool. I think he was Batman one year and I was Robin."

When asked about the 8-XL t-shirt, Justin laughed and said he, "doesn't remember that one," and proceeded to make fun of his brother.

The Knights are getting ready to host SMU for Homecoming Saturday at 7 p.m., and fans have the chance to enter a Facebook sweepstakes to win two tickets and field access for the game. Entry ends Friday at noon on the UCF Athletics Facebook page.
