UCF junior Greg Eason won the Jack Nicklaus Invitational against a field that included eight ranked teams and has been named Conference USA Men's Golfer of the Week.
Eason recorded back-to-back scores of two-under par 70 to win the Jack Nicklaus Invitational in a field of 60 golfers. He was the only golfer in the field to shoot under par for the tournament as he recorded 10 birdies in the two rounds, compared with just four bogeys and one double-bogey. It was Eason's third career tournament victory and his first of the 2012-13 season.
The award is the fifth C-USA Golfer of the Week honor of Eason's career and his first of the season.
