The UCF women's golf team remained in 12th place Monday, after Round Two of the Cougar Classic, hosted by the College of Charleston. The Knights carded back-to-back totals of 294 and sit at 12-over par for the tournament, which concludes with a third and final round on Tuesday

UCF is just four shots out of the top 10. North Carolina sits in 11th at +10, while Tennessee is 10th at +8. Florida (-11) leads a field, which includes 10 of the top 15 teams from last season's NCAA Championship.

Carolin Pinegger made a huge move up the leader board Monday. The Knights' senior carded the second-best score of the day, a five-under 67. Combined with her first-round score of 73 (+1), Pinegger is four-under par for the tournament. She moved from a tie for 33rd place into a tie for fifth

Robyn Doig is tied for 35th and sits at two-over for the tournament. She scored an even-par 72 Sunday and a two-over 74 Monday for a total of 146. Kaitlyn Price sits at five-over (74-75-149) after two rounds, while Monifa Sealy is tied for 88th (75-78-153-+9).
