ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - A pair of Knights are showing off their offensive skills this summer in the Premier Development League. New Knight Deshorn Brown is among the league leaders in scoring, while McKauly Tulloch recently began competing and is already scoring in bunches.
Brown, who will join UCF this fall after two campaigns at the University of Mobile, has scored nine goals in 11 matches for Reading United A.C. He ranks sixth in the PDL in points with 20 and is fourth in goals. In Reading's most recent match, Brown scored a pair of goals as Reading rolled to a 4-0 victory over the Brooklyn Knights.
Tulloch has joined Orlando City's U-23 squad and wasted little time displaying his scoring ability. Last week in his debut, the junior recorded a hat trick in a 5-3 victory at Mississippi Brilla FC. The forward scored in the 19th, 45th and 51st minutes.
The PDL regular season will conclude July 15.
