ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The series finale between the No. 13 UCF baseball team and in-state rival Stetson was cancelled Tuesday evening due to heavy rain after the second inning. The game will not be made up with the regular season ending Saturday afternoon.
The Knights (40-12) will now turn their attention to the winner-take-all Conference USA series with Rice this weekend.
Beginning Thursday at 6:30 p.m., baseball supporters can watch two top-15 teams play for the regular season title at the UCF baseball complex. The series will continue Friday at 6:30 p.m. and conclude Saturday at 1 p.m. The "Triple Play" ticket package features all three games for one price, including a free mini bat.
