ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) -- The UCF track and field team is ranked No. 18 in the nation, according to the USTFCCCA's National Team Computer Rankings released Tuesday. The Knights have now ranked among the country's best for 21-straight weeks dating to April 26, 2011.
UCF is Conference USA's lone member represented in the national polls. Clemson leads the way followed by LSU and Texas as the nation's top three programs.
Three Knights currently rank among the NCAA's top 20 in their respective individual events and two of UCF's 4x100 Relay squads weigh in at No. 3 and No. 8, respectively, in the country.
UCF heads to New Orleans on May 11-13 in pursuit of a third-straight C-USA outdoor championship.
