MADISON, Miss. (UCFAthletics.com) - Senior Brad Schneider finished second individually Tuesday to lead the No. 20 UCF men's golf team to a third-place finish at the BancorpSouth Intercollegiate. Schneider finished the two-day event, which was shortened to 36 holes due to inclement weather Monday at the Reunion Golf and Country Club, at 6-under 138.
The Knights concluded the 16-squad tournament at 569 (-7). Wichita State took the title with a team score of 10-under 566, followed by Central Arkansas (567, -9). Five of the top-50 ranked teams in the nation competed in the tournament.
