ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF men's tennis team is traveling to the Sooner State this weekend with two events on the agenda. Both events will be played at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center as the Knights are set to face Oral Roberts on Friday at 2 p.m. CT and Tulsa on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT. The Case Tennis Center is located on Tulsa's campus and serves as the home courts for both programs.

The Knights enter play Friday coming off of a 5-2 home victory over Illinois State on April 1. The match, featuring Senior Day, was an unconventional win for UCF, as the Knights fell in doubles but were able to win the event by claiming five singles points. Junior Jorge Blasco (Alicante, Spain) won from the No. 1 position, defeating his opponent 6-4, 6-2. Senior Joe Delinks (Falmouth, Mass.), in his final regular season match at the UCF Tennis Complex, defeated his opponent 6-2, 6-4 from the No. 6 spot.

Oral Roberts (1-12) claimed its only victory of the season back on Feb. 15, when the Golden Eagles defeated Oklahoma Baptist 4-3. With just three matches remaining on its schedule, Oral Roberts will be looking to string together a couple of wins before the Summit League Championship begins April 27.

Saturday's opponent, Tulsa (10-8), is coming off of a 5-2 loss against No. 21 ranked in-state opponent Oklahoma and is set to face No. 74 Oklahoma State today. Tulsa has faced 16 ranked opponents this season and holds a 7-8-1 record.

The Knights will be the Golden Hurricane's second Conference USA event of the season, as they are 1-0 with a 4-0 defeat over UAB. Following its matchup against UCF, Tulsa will face C-USA opponents Rice and Tulane before wrapping up its season and preparing for the C-USA Championship beginning April 19.
