ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Hungry for a third Conference USA championship in six years, the UCF football team will play its annual spring game at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 14.
Tickets are on sale for the 2012 UCF Spring Football Game Presented by PNC Bank at Bright House Networks Stadium. The cost is only $5, and UCF students and youth 12 and under will be admitted free. Anyone who purchases season tickets by April 11 also will receive free spring game tickets, while the first 5,000 fans will be able to pick up a free UCF football spring poster.
Free parking will be available starting at 8 a.m. in lots E6, E7 and E8 adjacent to Bright House Networks Stadium, as well as in the baseball and softball lots. The gates will open at 1 p.m.
Fans with children can combine the spring game and the Alumni Youth Sports Festival, which will be held on campus from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. UCF student-athletes will lead clinics for several sports, including baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football and soccer. The cost is only $5, including lunch.

To purchase tickets to the spring game in advance, call the UCF Ticket Office at (407) 823-1000 or visit Ticketmaster.com. On game day, the ticket offices on the east and west sides of Bright House Networks Stadium will open at 9 a.m. Seating will be general admission.

Competing in its final season in Conference USA before moving to the BIG EAST in 2013, UCF opens up the 2012 campaign at Akron Aug. 30 and at Ohio State Sept. 8. The Knights will play home games against Missouri, Southern Miss, East Carolina, SMU, UAB and FIU.
The meeting with the Missouri Tigers will serve as the first time a SEC school plays at UCF.
