ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF women's tennis team welcomes in-state rival North Florida as the Knights face the Ospreys at the UCF Tennis Complex on Wednesday. Play begins at 2 p.m.

The Black and Gold is coming off of a 5-2 victory against Harvard, with sophomore Courtney Griffith and junior Genevieve Lorbergs leading the team with both singles and doubles victories. UCF now stands with a record of 5-9, winning two out of its last four matches.

UNF is 6-4 this year as the Ospreys have won four out of their last five matches, including wins over East Tennessee State, USC Upstate and Troy.

The Knights will then take a week off before facing West Virginia in Orlando. This marks the second to last match in their nine-match homestand, which began back on Feb. 22 against USF. The WVU matchup will be held at the UCF Tennis Complex, beginning at 2 p.m. After the match against the Mountaineers, only four contests remain in the Knights' regular-season schedule.

Matches against Stetson and Florida Atlantic wrap up UCF's home schedule, with the regular season ending on April 14 in a match against FAU.
