GAINESVILLE, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The No. 36 UCF women's golf team, paced by Junior Carolin Pinegger's 9-over, wrapped up play at the SunTrust Gator Women's Golf Invite Sunday. The Knights shot 66-over on the par-70 Mark Bostick Golf Course at Florida for the weekend to finish 12th.

Host Florida earned the team championship after holding off No. 2 Alabama by a stroke. No. 34 Florida State, No. 10 Georgia and No. 11 Duke rounded out the top five.
