ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - UCFAthletics.com's Jeff Sharon recently sat down with UCF head volleyball coach Todd Dagenais for the first spring edition of Holding Court With Todd Dagenais.
This week, Sharon and Dagenais discuss the Knights' busy spring schedule that has them playing in four tournaments, including a pair inside The Venue at UCF March 17 and March 24.
The dynamic duo also break down how UCF's strong workout habits this spring and how the move to the BIG EAST Conference will help the program.
