ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - With the 2012 UCF softball season just around the corner, season tickets are now available for purchase for only $40. All season tickets are general admission and will provide access to the Knights' entire 30-game home schedule.
Single-game tickets are also available for $5 for adults, $2 for UCF faculty/staff, youth and seniors, and $3 for groups of 20 or more. To purchase single game or season tickets, call the UCF Ticket Office at (407) 823-1000.
Also this season, the UCF softball program will continue its "Field of Dreams" promotion for young softball fans. The "Field of Dreams" promotion invites little league players ages 12 and under to join the UCF softball players on the field as the starting line-up is introduced and the National Anthem is played. Each child will receive an autographed piece of memorabilia from the softball team and is invited to stay and enjoy the game.
UCF also wants you to celebrate your "Birthday at the Ballpark" with the UCF Softball team. You can host a birthday party at the UCF Softball Complex during one of UCF's home games. Your party will include: 10 tickets to the game, food, drink and birthday cake. Each child will also receive an autographed item from the team and the birthday girl or boy gets to throw out the first pitch of the game. In the event of weather delays, tickets are still valid since the game is still in progress, just delayed. No refunds of tickets will be issued. In the event of a game being re-scheduled tickets are still valid and will be used for admittance once a new game has been determined. If you cannot attend the re-scheduled game, your ticket may be exchanged for any future game based on availability. No refunds of tickets will be issued.
