ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Inside UCF Basketball with Donnie Jones will air on Monday and Tuesday this week and the show includes a feature on senior guard A.J. Rompza (Chicago, Ill.). The program will air Monday on Bright House Sports Network at 10:30 p.m. and statewide on Sun Sports Tuesday at 4 p.m.
Rompza, a four-year starter at point guard, is the leader on and off the court for the Knights. He currently leads Conference USA, averaging 5.5 assists and 4.5 steals in league games.
The Knights are 13-4 overall and 3-1 in C-USA. UCF hosts league power Memphis Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the UCF Arena.
This week's program also includes a look at assistant coach Darren Tillis and UCF's in-game emcee and team mentor John Evans. The show will also have highlights from the Knights' home win over Houston and its memorable contest at Marshall.
The 30-minute show will re-air Tuesday at 6 p.m. and Wednesday at 10 a.m. on Bright House Sports Network and Thursday at 6 p.m. on Sun Sports. Each Tuesday morning, the program will be available on UCFAthletics.com All-Access.
