ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Before the annual UCF Golf Fundraiser Tournament next week at the Isleworth Golf & Country Club, the UCF men's and women's golf programs are hosting an online auction at UCFAthletics.com that includes several premium golf packages and extravagant getaways. All of the proceeds from the auction will benefit the UCF men's and women's golf programs.
The list of fabulous trips, golf packages, and other auction items can be found online at UCFAthletics.com on both of the men's and women's golf team homepages. Bidding is open now until Jan. 19. Winners will be notified on Jan. 24.
The 2012 UCF Golf Fundraiser Dinner and Auction will take place on Sunday, Jan. 22, 5:30 p.m. at Bright House Networks Stadium, club level. The Golf Fundraiser will take place at Isleworth and includes lunch, 18 holes of golf with caddy, apparel and gifts and ends with a buffet dinner with an open bar. UCF men's golf coach Bryce Wallor and women's golf coach Courtney Trimble will be in attendance, while UCF alumus Brent Carli is serving as the tournament chair.
We thank this year's presenting sponsor Florida Insurance Specialist and Frank and Joy Russo for their support to help make the 2012 UCF Golf Fundraiser a success.
Proceeds from this year's fundraiser will help UCF construct new grounds and enhance its practice facility near campus.
