ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - With his team having won four-straight contests, UCF men's basketball head coach Donnie Jones will discuss his squad's strong start to the season Monday during the Donnie Jones Radio Show at Smokey Bones in Waterford Lakes. UCF fans are invited to attend the hour-long show, which begins at 7 p.m.
The radio show is hosted by UCF radio voice Marc Daniels and airs on the UCF IMG Sports Network and its flagship station, 740 The Game in Orlando.
On Monday, Jones will talk about the Knights' impressive win over Old Dominion Saturday. The Monarchs won 27 games a year ago and have participated in two-straight NCAA Tournaments. UCF is 8-2 this season and owns victories over No. 4 UConn and College of Charleston in addition to Old Dominion.
The Knights will return to action Wednesday at Louisiana-Lafayette. Jones and Daniels will preview the contest against the Ragin' Cajuns.
Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grille will give offer a 15-percent check total discount to fans wearing UCF gear during the radio show. After this Monday's edition, the show will return on Jan. 9.
