ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Last year, the UCF community gave back in a big way by donating over 1,500 tickets for the Hoops for Holidays initiative. Those tickets were given out to organizations that support underprivileged children within central Florida.
The children received the opportunity to enjoy a UCF men's basketball game at the UCF Arena during the UCF Holiday Classic. Hoops for the Holidays is now back.
The 2011 UCF Holiday Classic is set for Dec. 29-30 and includes the Knights, Stetson, James Madison and Rhode Island.
Please join UCF Athletics in our efforts to support these children by donating a seat and giving them something to look forward to this holiday season. Tickets are only $8 and are tax deductible. On top of that, UCF Athletics will match every ticket donated.
