ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - FOX Sports Networks and Conference USA announced that UCF's game at East Carolina Saturday, Nov. 19, will kickoff at 7 p.m. The Knights grabbed a 49-35 victory in last year's meeting at Bright House Networks Stadium, as they did not punt all game, were 9-for-11 on third-down conversions and running backs Ronnie Weaver and Latavius Murray combined for 227 rushing yards and five touchdowns.
In the all-time series, East Carolina leads 8-2, including a 5-1 record in Greenville. UCF's lone win on ECU's home turf was a 30-20 decision in 2005.
This year, UCF stands at 4-5 overall and 2-3 in C-USA. The Knights are fifth in the nation in both total defense and scoring defense. Meanwhile, East Carolina is 4-5 with a 3-2 league mark, and is 10th in the country in passing offense.
Before meeting up with the Pirates, UCF is currently preparing for Saturday's tussle with No. 25/23 Southern Miss in Hattiesburg. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.
Single-game tickets for UCF's last home game vs. UTEP Nov. 25 can still be purchased online at UCFAthletics.com or by calling the UCF Athletics Ticket Office at (407) 823-1000.
