ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - After rolling to a 2-0 NCAA Championship first-round victory over visiting FIU last week, the UCF women's soccer team is back in the top-25 national rankings. The Knights are listed at No. 23 in the TopDrawerSoccer.com Top 25 poll.
The first-round tournament win was the fifth-straight for the Knights, who improved to 12-4-5 overall on the year.
UCF will now meet 15th-ranked Florida in the second round Friday in Gainesville. If the Knights top the Gators, they will face either No. 12 North Carolina or No. 22 Baylor Sunday.
