ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF men's soccer team has earned the No. 3 seed at the Conference USA Championship, and will open the event in Tulsa, Okla., Wednesday against sixth seed Memphis. The quarterfinal matchup will begin at 8:30 p.m. Eastern.
The Knights are ranked 13th nationally and finished the regular season 10-4-3 overall and 4-3-1 in C-USA play. UCF concluded its C-USA slate Saturday with a 2-0 victory over visiting Marshall.
If UCF defeats Memphis, the Knights will face second seed UAB in the semifinals Friday evening. The championship game is set for Sunday at 2 p.m. Eastern and will air on CBS Sports Network.
