ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - With a win against Southern Miss last night, the UCF women's soccer team finished the regular season at 11-3-5 overall and 6-2-3 in conference play. The Knights' league record earned the team the fourth-seed in the 2011 Conference USA Women's Soccer Championship.

The Knights will open the tournament against fifth-seed East Carolina in Memphis, Tenn., on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. ET. In their lone meeting this season, UCF defeated ECU 2-0 in Greenville, N.C. After getting off to a 1-5 start in conference play, the Pirates won their last four games to move to .500 in conference play.

If the Knights defeat the Pirates, they will face the winner of top-seed Memphis and eight-seed Tulsa at 8:30 p.m. ET Friday. Seventh-seed UTEP, second-seed Colorado College, sixth-seed Rice and third-seed SMU round out the rest of the field. The tournament championship is set for next Sunday at 2 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network.
