ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Hey students, looking to score a free trip to Miami to watch the UCF football team take on Florida International on Saturday, Sept. 17? Then head down to The Venue to catch the UCF volleyball team in action beginning this Friday at 1 p.m. in the Courtyard by Marriott/UCF Classic against South Alabama.
The lucky student who wins the "Ride Away to Miami" promotion will receive four tickets to the football game and a room at the team hotel. It is an enter to win contest where any student that attends UCF's first eight home matches (five dates) will receive one entry for each match attended. Remember, the more matches you attend, the better your odds are of winning.
The winner will be announced during UCF's conference opener against UTEP on Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. After the match, the lucky student will drive to Miami to get a good night's rest before the big game on Saturday.
Season tickets for the 2011 season are available now for only $30, which includes 18 regular-season matches at The Venue at UCF and admission to three home tournaments. Also available for purchase this season is the UCF Gold Pass. For $75, the Gold Pass grants the avid Knights fan admission to all home volleyball, men's soccer, women's soccer, softball and track & field events.
