News

-As part of Teamline Direct's partnership with IMG College, the live audio of UCF football games will be featured on Teamline Direct during the 2011-12 academic year. What this means is that, in addition to all of the great ways people have to stay connected to UCF Athletics, they now have the opportunity to listen to games via their telephones for only $5 a game. -During the first closed practice of the preseason, the biggest play of the day came from H-back Dontravius Floyd, who went to the back of the endzone, leaped above the defense and pulled down a Jeff Godfrey pass with just his right hand.

-Consistently a member of the first-team defense during the preseason.
-Started at strong safety at Houston and at cornerback at Memphis, while playing in 12 games overall last year.
-Recorded 26 tackles, seven break-ups and returned an interception for a touchdown at Marshall a year ago.
-Dating back to his true-freshman season in 2009, has appeared in 22 games, racking up 36 tackles and eight break-ups.
Stat of the Day
-In six non-conference games in 2010, UCF forced eight fumbles, while its opponents forced just two fumbles.

Should UCF host the C-USA Championship Game for the fourth time in seven years, it would be played on Saturday, Dec. 3, and season ticket holders will receive the first shot at the best seats.
