ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - News and notes from the UCF football team for Monday, Aug. 15. On the docket today will be practice from 3:20-5:30 p.m. and the Knights are scheduled to be in full pads.

News
-During Sunday's practice, the Knights left the pads in the locker room to work primarily on installation.
-The offense looked solid during the session. While fans did not get to see much of his speed during Saturday's scrimmage, quarterback Jeff Godfrey had his legs churning Sunday. He also found tight end Adam Nissley open a lot, and Brynn Harvey got reps with the first team including taking advantage of a huge hole opened by the offensive line for a long run.
-The longest play of the day was when Rob Calabrese outran the secondary to haul in a deep ball from Godfrey.
