ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Bright House Sports Network has announced that it will televise two UCF soccer matches live this season. It will first broadcast the women's regular-season opener against South Florida Friday Aug. 19, at 7 p.m., and then will be on hand for the men's Conference USA opener vs. Kentucky Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 7 p.m.
UCF's soccer programs are opening up the newly-expanded UCF Soccer Stadium this year and a huge crowd already witnessed the women's program take on Texas A&M in an exhibition match Aug. 13. The stadium now includes a press box, on-site restrooms, and seating for 1,475, bringing the complex's total capacity to over 2,000.
The men's first exhibition outing is slated to be Aug. 17 vs. Tampa, while the Knights' regular season opener is set for Sept. 2 against UMass at 7 p.m.
