ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Week No. 2 of the 2011 UCF football season will feature a mega non-conference match-up between the reigning Conference USA champion Knights and Boston College of the ACC. That game will take place Saturday, Sept. 10, at Bright House Networks Stadium in primetime at 8 p.m. and follows an exciting day of family-themed activities on the UCF campus.

The UCF-Boston College game has been dubbed "Families UKNIGHT", and is the school's traditional Family Weekend and UCF campus College Open House, where each of the colleges host students' families and friends during the afternoon with their own respective socials and tailgating events leading up to kickoff.

More information regarding UCF game day and College Open House will be distributed soon on UCFAthletics.com and UCF.edu.

Also during the UCF-Boston College game, will be a 10th anniversary remembrance and honoring of those lost during the 9/11 attacks of 2001.

2011 UCF football season ticket packages can be purchased online at UCFAthletics.com or by calling the UCF Athletics Ticket Office at (407) 823-1000. Should UCF host the C-USA Championship Game for the fourth time in seven years, it would be played on Saturday, Dec. 3, and season ticket holders will receive the first shot at the best seats.
