ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - On Monday, UCF volleyball head coach Todd Dagenais took time from his busy schedule to instruct youngsters attending the Avalon Park YMCA Volleyball Camp at Avalon Park Middle School. Dagenais spoke to over 60 children attending camp this week.

Dagenais, who is entering his fourth year with the Knights, encouraged the campers to exhibit "Championship Behavior" both on and off the court. He urged the elementary and middle school students to excel in their academics, show respect to others and themselves and to always display good sportsmanship.

The head coach also provided dozens of volleyball pointers, leading drills on passing and setting.

Dagenais' Knights will open the 2011 campaign on Aug. 26, when they host the Courtyard by Marriott/UCF Classic. His team will play 18 matches at The Venue at UCF this season.

Season tickets, which start at just $30, are currently available by calling (407) UCF-1000 or by visiting UCFAthletics.com. Another great package offered to Knight fans this season is the Gold Pass. For only $75, the Gold Pass serves as a general admission season ticket for volleyball, men's and women's soccer, softball and track & field for the entire 2011-12 athletic year.
