Bottom line: Today USA WHITE really went after it :). We had two two-hour sessions and in each session we got a lot accomplished.
The first thing we had to do was sort out what type of system everyone was used to running. We have 12 players, all from highly respected programs, so the challenge today was figuring out how we were going to get all of these players to speak the same volleyball language. It was a work in progress and the most impressive part was to see everyone adapt to each other to make it work.
We wrapped up our night by having a small team bonding activity where we really began to see the person behind the volleyball players. I learned tonight that EVERYONE has a story, EVEN the best of the best!!!
