ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - UCF fans love their friends as much as their football Saturdays so it should be no surprise that last year's popular Knights Referral Challenge is back for 2011. Once again, getting your friends to help fill Bright House Networks Stadium can also prove very rewarding for Knight fans.
When fans refer new season ticket holders and donors, they will receive one Knightro Dollar for every dollar referred. This will add up to earn several exciting UCF football themed prizes from the chart below, including a trip to a 2011 UCF Football regular season away game, additional gold zone parking passes, and the opportunity to run out of the tunnel on game day with the Knights. For more information, contact the Athletics Ticket Office at (407) 823-1000.
"For years, I have always tried to recruit new season ticket holders for all UCF sports so when I read about the referral challenge, my interest was immediately sparked. While the prizes were a nice bonus, I was actually more motivated by the general idea of the competition/challenge. I would recommend it to UCF's fan base because it is a great way to generate excitement about our athletics program; and, you could end up with some pretty sweet prizes by just talking up UCF sports." - Lesley Roberts, UCF `02
"As a huge fan of UCF athletics, I want to see every sporting event at UCF packed to capacity. Adding an incentive plan to those efforts was just icing on the cake. There is nothing better to an athlete than having fans in the stands to support and cheer for them. You should participate to support UCF, but more so, to support the student-athletes." - Josh Lazar, UCF '01 and `04
