ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Less than a month away from Opening Day Feb. 18, UCF baseball stepped in front of the green screen Monday to shoot hours of footage for the video board this year. The UCF video department team of David Belawski, Tyler Joynt and Kasey Truman set up their equipment in the Baseball Tradition Room, and will edit the footage in the coming days to get ready for the 2011 season.

Popular video board clips such as This or That will return this year, while there will be several new features for fans to enjoy throughout the season.

Check out the below clip for a sneak peek of sophomore center fielder Ronnie Richardson with the camera rolling.

Monday marks the beginning of a busy week for the Black and Gold as it looks ahead to its first team practice Friday at 2:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, the Knights also will practice and scrimmage Saturday at noon prior to the annual Fan Fest presented by B2 Café at The Venue. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and meal tickets courtesy of B2 Café can be purchased in advance for just $5 by calling the UCF Ticket Office at (407) 823-1000 or by visiting UCFAthletics.com. Fans are invited to head over to the UCF Arena following the program to check out the men's basketball team clash with UAB at 7 p.m.
