MEMPHIS, Tenn. (UCFAthletics.com) - In the second "Bowlin' on Beale Street" video for Tuesday, we follow the Knights to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and also a press conference. UCFAthletics.com will have two videos like these a day from Monday until Thursday followed by a game recap on Friday night after the No. 24 Knights face Georgia in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl.

After practice and lunch, the Knights split up three different ways. The team's seniors and head coach George O'Leary headed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis to bring some post-holiday cheer to the patients. Offensive coordinator Charlie Taaffe and some of his unit's leaders headed off to the week's first formal media event. Meanwhile the rest of the team enjoyed some down time on the team's last free afternoon and evening in Memphis with the seniors and offensive leaders soon to follow.

Wednesday will be a busy day for UCF. The Knights' defensive unit will have a mid-morning press conference followed by the Player and Coaches Luncheon. The team will practice in the afternoon and then enjoy its annual awards banquet at night.

No. 24 UCF will go "Bowlin' on Beale Street" when the Knights face Georgia on Dec. 31 in Memphis in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl. For all of the latest bowl game ticket and travel information, head to UCFBowl.com or call the UCF Athletics ticket office at (407) 823-1000.
