ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - With the start of the 2010-11 regular season just over a week and a half away, single-game tickets for the UCF women's basketball team are now on sale. The Knights will play 14 games at the UCF Arena this season, including nine against Conference USA opponents.
UCF begins the season on Saturday, Nov. 13 at Florida in the program's first-ever appearance in the Preseason Women's National Invitation Tournament. The season opener is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. from the O'Connell Center in Gainesville.
The home schedule is slated to start on Friday, Nov. 26 against Richmond as part of the UCF Thanksgiving Classic. The following day, the Knights will take on Western Kentucky, with both games set for 2:30 p.m. tipoff.
On Sunday UCF will host Flagler at 3 p.m. in the team's lone exhibition game. Admission is free to the UCF Arena for all fans.
