WINTER PARK, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Five members of the UCF men's tennis team were in action Friday as play began at the C.L. Varner Memorial Invitational in nearby Winter Park. Several Knights posted singles victories at the event.
The event is the third of the fall for the Knights. Rollins is hosting the tournament.
Freshmen Erik Brunskog (Linkoping, Sweden), Matthew Gladstone (Surfside, Fla.) and Matthew Zachary (Bossier City, La.) all recorded victories Friday. Play at the tournament will continue Saturday and conclude on Sunday.
