ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - UCF track & field head coach Caryl Smith Gilbert and assistant coach Jeff Chakouian took a few minutes to sit down and discuss the upcoming season with UCFathletics.com. Both coaches talk about the Knights' new look for this year and what they have seen from their team thus far.
The Knights will enter the 2011 season as defending Conference USA Champions after claiming the title last spring in Orlando.
The coaching staff will continue to keep UCFathletics.com updated on their program's progress throughout the fall season.
