ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - UCF head volleyball coach Todd Dagenais has announced the dates of the 10 total volleyball camps he will be holding this summer on the UCF campus. The variety of camps offer opportunities for players of all age groups and ability levels to improve their current volleyball skills, develop an appreciation for the finer nuances of the game and foster an intense desire to work hard and improve at every challenge they attempt to conquer.

The camp season kicks off with six different camps during the month of July, which includes a Setter Camp (July 12-3), Hitter Camp (July 12-13), Libero Camp (July 12-13), All Skills Camp (July 13-16), Middle School Camp (July 17-18) and Grade School Camp (July 19).

During the All-Skills Camp, Middle School Camp and Grade School Camp, athletes will be instructed on each of the six primary volleyball skills by members of the UCF coaching staff, current and former UCF volleyball players and special guest coaches.

During the month of August, Dagenais will introduce the highlight camp of the summer, the College Prep/Elite Camp, which will run from Aug. 1-4.

The College Prep/Elite Camp is for athletes who are entering their junior or senior year of high school with a letter of recommendation from their high school or club coach. The camp is also open to graduating athletes who will be entering college in the fall of 2010.

The camp is designed to take athletes' games to the next level while exposing them to the daily training system of an NCAA Division I and International level volleyball program. Dagenais and staff will provide the athletes with an experience like none other in the entire Southeastern United States. The camp will be four days of intense, specific skill-enhancing training. All head coaches at the event will be NCAA and International level coaches only.

Campers are guaranteed to be in small groups with no more than a 7:1 athlete to court coach ratio, while their daily training will include use of video and film analysis rooms so campers can open up new branches and perspectives to training at the collegiate level.

The summer camp season will come to a close with second sessions of the Setter Camp, Hitter Camp and Libero Camp, all which will take place on Aug. 5.

The goal of the Todd Dagenais' Central Florida Volleyball Camps is to help show life lessons about what can be achieved when players push themselves to the maximum. Hard work is contagious and learning the value of what can be achieved through hard work is part of its mission statement. Developing players should attend Central Florida Volleyball camps and clinics because of the top-notch coaching they will receive.

If you want to get better at volleyball, Todd Dagenais' Central Florida Volleyball Camps is the place for you.
