ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Former UCF center Kenrick Zondervan recently concluded a successful campaign playing professionally in Greece with an impressive accolade. And his rookie year in the pros is not yet over.
Zondervan averaged 12.0 points for Egaleo in Greece is now headed to France to play with Maurienne in the Pro B league. Maurienne has several regular season games remaining on its schedule.
Zondervan was named to the Eurobasket Greek A2 All-Newcomer Team. He shot 61.7 percent from the field for Egaleo, and averaged 6.6 rebounds.
A native of Holland, Zondervan averaged 7.1 points and 4.4 boards as a senior in 2008-09.
