•Where can I park? Good question. Parking is FREE right next to the stadium in Gold Zone lots E6 and E7, which open at 8 a.m. for tailgating. Once those lots fill, we'll open the Softball lots.
•What is UCF Football FanFest? Okay, since you asked...
oStarting at 9 a.m., the Season Ticket Holder Open House allows current and prospective season ticket holders the opportunity to get a guided tour of Bright House Networks Stadium. Rolfe Davis Recruiting Room, Steve & Brenda Sloan Media Room, the Roth Tower, home of the club, suites and press box, and more.
oFrom 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. several past and present "NFL Knights" will be signing autographs near Gate 14, the E-Pass gate, as part of the all new UCF Football Legends Autograph Session. (Please note: one signature per player - it will help keep the line moving...thanks!)
oBeginning at 12 p.m., the Golden Knights Club will be hosting their $2,500 level donors and higher in a GKC Spring Football Game Reception, held on the Club Level of the Roth Tower.
oThe annual UCF Football Spring Game kicks off at 1 p.m. and is the culmination of the team's spring practice schedule, where several Knights first position themselves on the depth chart heading into the fall.
Get there in the beginning to catch popular Classic Albums Live vocalist Nick Hildyard perform the National Anthem.
At halftime salute this year's Hall of Fame class as they get recognized at midfield, followed by all of our NFL guests.
New basketball coach Donnie Jones will also be making a live appearance during the game.
oFollowing the game, join this year's football team and coaches on the practice fields for the second annual UCF PigSkin Barbecue and Fan Day, from 3-6 p.m. Smokey Bones will handle the BBQ, with tickets $5 in advance of Saturday and $8 at the event. The cool thing about the BBQ, you can eat with your favorite players! The FanDay team autograph portion is FREE to the public. Youth can hang out in the Kids Zone and enjoy inflatable activities, face painting and more.
•Don't leave just yet, there is more! UCF baseball is on a roll and has a monster series vs. national power Rice this weekend. Riding on the line is the top spot in Conference USA. The game starts at 4 p.m. and is FREE with your spring game ticket. Admission will be good for concourse standing room or on the grass berms along the right and left field lines (based on space availability).
•Need another reason to come? As of Wednesday afternoon, it's expected to be 82 degrees and mostly sunny which is way too nice of a day to not be outside watching your Knights in action.
