- UCF played in overtime for the first time this season. The last time UCF played in overtime was in the 2009 Conference USA Championship title game.
- Now winners of five-straight tournament games, UCF improved to 5-3 all-time in the C-USA tournament.
- The Knights improved to 7-3 in their last 10 games.
- UCF is 2-0 in the Reynolds Center this season, having won two dramatic contests. The Knights beat Tulsa 50-49 on a Wiley buzzer-beater on Feb. 27.
- The Knights' record is 11-1 this season when they are leading at halftime. UCF held a 27-17 advantage at the break.
- Down 44-41, UCF won for the first time all season when trailing with five minutes to play. The Knights are now 1-14.
- The Knights outrebounded Marshall 44-40, including 21 offensive boards. It was the 16th time in the past 17 contests the Knights outrebounded their opponent.
- Sophomore Aisha Patrick had a season-high 10 rebounds and just missed a double-double with eight points.
- Patrick also tallied five steals for the second-straight game. She has a steal in 54 of 60 career games, including 23 of 26 games this season.
- Patrick played all 45 minutes in the overtime contest. UCF had five players play at least 30 minutes, including Angelica Mealing, who logged 40.
- Junior Chelsie Wiley scored a team-high 19 points in the contest, including four three-pointers. It was the eighth time this season Wiley led the Knights in scoring.
- Wiley's 19 points give her 1,053 in her UCF career. She passed Celeste Hudson and Takira Allen on the program's scoring list and now sits ninth all-time.
- Including a 5-6 performance Monday, Wiley has hit 20 of her last 21 free throws.
- Junior Emma Cannon had seven rebounds and now has 895 for her UCF career.
