ORLANDO, Fla. (www.UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF Athletics Ticket Office recently issued 2010 football season ticket renewals to its patrons. All ticket holders should have received a personalized renewal brochure and invoice through the mail and, in addition, season ticket holders will receive a new e-brochure through their registered e-mail accounts on file.
Through a partnership with Daytona Beach-based DME, UCF Athletics will utilize its data-driven personalization strategies. This relationship marketing effort ensures that the ticket office is utilizing innovative methods in managing the season ticket renewal process. For the second straight year, the artwork on the direct mail brochure ticket patrons will receive in the coming days will be personalized to each season ticket account holder.
The e-brochure concept will include a special benefit for season ticket holders who refer others to join the Knight's Quest for the 2010 Conference USA Championship. Fans will receive a limited edition "Best of UCF Football" photograph for referring a friend to join the Knights' Quest in 2010. The limited edition 8X10 photo features head coach George O'Leary along with some of UCF's recent favorites from the past three seasons, Bruce Miller, Torell Troup, Joe Burnett, Josh Sitton and Kevin Smith!
UCF Athletics also recognizes that flexibility in making payments is just as critical as overall pricing, so season ticket payment plans can be spread out over monthly installments thru June. Ticket holders will be able to renew by mail, online at UCFAthletics.com, or by phone at (407) 823-1000.
The deadline for current season ticket holders to renew will be April 1, 2010.
The 2010 football season is just around the corner and the UCF Knights are gearing up for spring practice. The annual Spring Football Game will be held on April 17 at Bright House Networks Stadium. Get your spring game tickets today, online at UCFAthletics.com!
The Knights' six-game home schedule in 2010 features Conference USA East Division rivals East Carolina, Southern Miss and UAB, with West Division Rice also making its first appearance at Bright House Networks Stadium.
