ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - With the flip of the calendar to 2010, anticipation is already growing for the start of this year's UCF baseball season. And second-year head coach Terry Rooney and the Knights are welcoming fans to join the UCF Baseball Dugout Club, allowing members to actively get involved and support the program.

Fans looking to join or need more information may contact director of baseball operations Nick Choto at (407) 823-4869 or through E-Mail at nchoto@athletics.ucf.edu. They may also access the PDF registration form at UCFAthletics.com.

The Gold Level ranges from $100-$249.99 and includes an E-newsletter, this season's UCF baseball yearbook and invites to special UCF baseball events for up to two people. Meanwhile the Grand Slam Level requires donations at $250 and higher, with members receiving the above benefits, as well as an official UCF Dugout Club baseball hat. They also will be allowed to attend "In The Dugout" every Friday night, which will permit entrance to the VIP hospitality room for refreshments and a series preview from coach Rooney.

Opening Day is set for Friday, Feb. 19, when the three-game series with Savannah State kicks off at 6:30 p.m.

Season tickets for the 2010 campaign are already on sale. The Knights will play 36 games at home this year, and reserved chairbacks are just $199, while reserved bleachers seats are only $150.
