- Junior Emma Cannon tied for team-high honors with 17 points. Now with 1,061 points, Cannon moved past Takira Allen for eighth place on the school's all-time scoring list.
- Cannon had eight rebounds and not sits just three shy of 800 for her career with 797 boards.
- Cannon hit 7-of-8 shots from the field, matching a previous career-best effort.
She also hit 7-of-8 shots against Florida State on Dec. 31, 2008. The games are tied for the sixth-best single-game field goal percentage in school history.

- Led by Chelsie Wiley's team-high 17 points, UCF held a 25-11 advantage in bench points.
- UCF outrebounded Southern Miss 40-33 after the Golden Eagles had a 16-9 edge on the boards early. Sophomore Aisha Patrick had a team-high nine rebounds.
- UCF had 21 second-chance points off 21 offensive rebounds. Cannon had nine offensive boards and Patrick had five.
- Led by Angelica Mealing's six, UCF had 20 assists on 30 made field goals.
- Patrick made her 39th-straight start and has now started 47 of 48 games in her career
. - With four steals on the night, Patrick increased her season total to 39. Despite being a sophomore, she is the team's active leader in career steals with 114.
- Patrick has a steal in 44 of 48 games and at least two in 11 of 14 games this season.
