LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Once again the UCF cheerleaders proved they are one of the best programs in the country, placing third at the 2010 College Cheerleading and Dance National Championships Sunday at Disney's Wide World of Sports.
It was the fourth-straight season the Knights finished in the top three, placing first in 2007 and third in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
The Knights finished behind Kentucky and Alabama, while ahead of fourth-place LSU and Ohio State which came in fifth.
Meanwhile, KnightMoves participated in the Pom finals, which was the first year of the event. The Black and Gold came away with an eighth-place performance, as Minnesota captured the crown.
