LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - UCF's run for another national title began Saturday during day one of the 2010 College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championships. The event is being held only minutes away from the UCF campus at Disney's Wide World of Sports.

Already with a bye straight into the finals thanks to a No. 1 ranking in the South Region, the Knights' cheerleaders performed their routine in their rehearsal at approximately 1:38 p.m. Saturday as they prepared for the finals Sunday at 5:45 p.m. UCF has finished in the top three in each of the last three seasons, and won it all in 2003 and 2007.

The order of the cheer finals will be: Minnesota, Ohio State, Western Kentucky, Memphis, Florida State, Alabama, LSU, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Indiana, UCF, Mississippi, Hawaii, Penn State and Kansas.

Late Saturday evening, KnightMoves had a berth in the jazz semifinals but the young squad was unable to advance to the 14-team finals on Sunday.
