UCF Athletics has announced a 2010 UCF Golf Fundraiser Tournament will take place Monday February 8 at Isleworth Country Club in Windermere, Florida. All proceeds from this event will go towards the men's and women's golf programs here at UCF. Registration will being at 11:30 a.m. on the day of the event with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.
Golfing will be followed by dinner with an open bar as well as a live auction. A total of 18 foursomes will be able to compete at this event. A variety of registration packages are available, including the Professional Package which pairs a threesome with PGA Professional and UCF alumnus Cliff Kresge or LPGA Professional Brittany Lang, ranked number 24 in the world.
Registration fees include lunch, golf, dinner, shoes and one dozen UCF balls per golfer plus other amenities. Prices range from $2,400 for the Birdie Package to $10,000 for the Professional Package. The organizers will also accept hole sponsors and other donations.
